Brooke Bean is an associate in the Finance and Restructuring Group in the firm’s Atlanta office. Brooke represents corporate debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases throughout the country. Brooke also represents banks and other investors in connection with their most complex restructurings, bankruptcy, and finance matters. Brooke’s practice spans a wide variety of industries, including the restaurant, real estate, healthcare, energy, transportation and manufacturing industries.
Brooke is a graduate of the University of Virginia (where she earned her law degree) and George Washington University (where she earned her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude).
